 Catherine is a  licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist specializing in  individual, couples, family, and teen therapy. She maintains a private  practice in Ridgewood, New Jersey. 

 Catherine is a  Phi Kappa Phi graduate of Fordham University. She has worked as a  psychotherapist in private practice for over fifteen years. She is  currently serving as private practitioner working with couples,  families, teens and more. Among her areas of expertise are work with  couples to strengthen their relationship, incorporating Imago techniques  and methods. 


Her work  with individuals includes extensive experience with depression, anxiety,  teen  issues, parenting issues, relationship issues and work related  concerns.

In  addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Catherine has  experience in the public school system which facilitates her work with  adolescents and families. Her background also includes clinical work  with families and patients in a long term care facility in New Jersey.  She served on the board of The Halo Foundation, which funded the  placement of holistically trained nurses in Ohio hospitals, focusing on  providing companionship and emotional support to patients with long term  illness. She has also served as a member of a Bergen County crisis  response team.
